Earlier this year, Square Enix announced that we’re getting our first HD-2D Final Fantasy game in October, based on the mobile title Brave Exvius. The trailers have been captivating, and now, Square Enix has unveiled a truly epic soundtrack to accompany the game: the Final Fantasy Resonance Original Soundtrack. This expansive OST will release a week after the game itself (October 28th), spread across four CDs and boasting an astounding 120 tracks.
The soundtrack features music produced by Noriyasu Agematsu, who has created an additional 33 tracks to complement the existing 87 from Final Fantasy Brave Exvius and War of the Visions. The track names alone are enough to get any Final Fantasy fan excited, with titles like “Leviathanomachy,” “Wickedness Afoot,” “A Bloom in the Gloom of Shadows,” “Break the Limit!,” “He Who Shoulders Umbral Darkness,” and “Overcome the Menace.” For comparison, the digital version of Final Fantasy 10 includes 89 tracks, Final Fantasy 7 has 85, and Final Fantasy 8 has 73. So, prepare for a musical journey unlike any other in Resonance.

ACTIVISION TAKES THE FIGHT TO CALL OF DUTY CHEAT SELLERS
[Activision served a cease-and-desist order to a notorious Call of Duty cheat seller at their home.]
In a bold move against cheating in its games, Activision has posted footage of one of its legal representatives serving a cease-and-desist order to Elocarry, a known cheat seller. The roughly one-minute clip, shared on the official Call of Duty account, shows the representative pulling up outside a house and handing over the paperwork.
“I just got some paperwork for you,” he said. “Attorneys for Activision… it’s a cease-and-desist order.”
Elocarry had reportedly been selling cheat packs for Call of Duty and other multiplayer games like Rust and Apex Legends, advertising them as undetectable by RICOCHET. The visit was part of a much larger operation, with Activision claiming to have served over 80 cease-and-desist demands, targeted over 375 reseller operations, and shut down over 30 vendors entirely.
In a follow-up post, Activision shared a screenshot from Elocarry’s Discord confirming that sales of Call of Duty products had been “temporarily paused” while a “matter” is reviewed internally. The company also used the opportunity to highlight improvements to its anti-cheat system heading into Modern Warfare 4 itself, noting lower infection rates and improved detection during last weekend’s beta.
Modern Warfare 4’s second beta weekend is currently underway and open to everyone, offering a multiplayer test, a campaign mission, and a Warzone battle royale drop. The full game launches October 23rd on PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, and Switch 2, featuring 12 new 6v6 multiplayer maps.
