HoYoverse, the studio behind titles such as Genshin Impact and Zenless Zone Zero, has announced it is bringing its cosy free-to-play galactic life sim Petit Planet to the Nintendo Switch 2.
The studio revealed the Nintendo version during the closing of its most recent “pre-launch special program” broadcast. Petit Planet is set to launch on other platforms on 4th December 2026.
The Switch 2 version can be seen in motion around the 28-minute mark in the video above. Here is the announcement:
Petit Planet lets players make their planet their own, live alongside fuzzy neighbours, farm, fish, cook, and even explore the vast Starsea beyond their planet. Here is an official description and trailer:
