In the “Census Thunder” campaign, Helldivers amassed substantial Voteless tissue samples from the Void, advancing research on this threat. Leveraging that data, Super Earth’s Ministry of Science engineered a stable wormhole at Rirga Bay, thereby opening the Gateway into the Void.

Within the Void, space behaves oddly; no stars illuminate the horizon, and the skies above the planet offer no breathtaking vistas.

Planets drawn into the Void undergo radical metamorphosis, emerging reborn and mutated.

Within these alien realms lie remnants of the Illuminate civilization and long‑forgotten technology that players are tasked with cataloguing and obliterating.

Your mission is to traverse these bizarre landscapes, locate the Source Planet—once called Seasse—and free it from its curse. Yet Seasse has lost its former splendor, overtaken by eerie Void flora and inhabited by terrifying Illuminate entities such as the Wretch, the Crusher, and the ghastly realms they occupy.

Inside the Void, you now face fresh objectives scattered across the planets. Unlike the earlier, more linear dives, each operation presents several randomized primary goals, demanding quick thinking and tight teamwork to dive and extract safely.

Players are encouraged to chronicle their findings with the in‑game tactical camera, demolishing Illuminate structures, conducting reconnaissance, and engaging in a variety of other tasks.

By exposing their atrocities, you aim to bring an end to their vile corruption.

The Void is a perilous expanse where every second counts—complete your objectives, then make a swift extraction. Helldivers now gain access to secondary extraction zones across the Void planets, giving squads a better chance of returning safely to the Destroyer.

You’ll not face these new trials alone. Rally alongside SEAF support squads to peel back the layers of the Void’s mysteries, expose hidden truths, trace the anomaly’s source, and deliver a decisive blow to Freedom.
