New Missions, New Threats
Prepare for a barrage of new objectives! Destroy Illuminate spires and gateways, complete data reconnaissance missions, and infiltrate enemy structures alongside your squadmates. Secondary objectives will also become available, ranging from eradicating Void mutations to extracting vital materials for research. And for those seeking a tactical advantage, you can now establish secondary extraction zones on the map, potentially speeding up your team’s escape.
But be warned! The Void is teeming with new and terrifying creatures, monstrously mutated by the Illuminate’s influence. These ghoulish abominations are designed to test your skills and push you to your limits.
First up, we have “The Wretch.” This nimble foe is incredibly fast and can easily overwhelm weaker fighters with swift attacks. Don’t let it get the jump on you!
Then there’s “The Crusher.” This relentless behemoth can take heavy damage and dish it out in equal measure. Wear it down before it regenerates!
Reinforcements Arrive: SEAF Platoons Join the Fight
You won’t be alone in this desperate struggle. SEAF platoons are now deployed to aid your operations, arriving via dropships to fight alongside you and your squad. They provide crucial medical support with stims and a much-needed morale boost through salutes, handshakes, and – of course – hugs!
