Zenless Zone Zero Introduces Sunbringer, Its First Three-in-One Agent

The playable Sunbringer Agent in Zenless Zone Zero will involve all three “Sunbringers”: Eldreda, Lindverne, and Dracaene as the game’s first three-in-one unit. Here’s everything we know as the game breaks new ground.

When will Sunbringer be playable?

Sunbringer will be added as a playable Agent on Zenless Zone Zero version 3.4, which can be expected on Dec. 2, 2026.

Playable Sunbringer in Zenless Zone Zero

HoYoverse unveiled the three Sunbringer sisters as one unit shortly after the version 3.3 update, and before Sunbringer becomes playable on test servers.

Sunbringer will be an S-Rank Special Fire Armorer unit. The name of the Element is currently unknown. They will be the second Armorer unit following Claret . Sunbringer will be the fourth playable Void Hunter unit (after Miyabi, Ye Shunguang, and Remielle), though some may consider her fifth if Yixuan is counted.

All three are voiced by Erica Lindbeck on the English voiceover, sharing her with Chevreuse from Genshin Impact. Meanwhile, their Japanese voice actress is Ohara Sayaka, sharing her with Ningguang.

Each of the Sunbringers have distinct leadership positions within Roscaelifer. Eldreda, the eldest of the three, is the head of the Administrative Affairs Department. Lindverne leads the Airspace Patrol Department, and Dracaene is the director of the Central Computing Department.

The community reception for Sunbringer’s reveal were mostly those of excitement and surprise, seeing as the game is breaking new ground with the three-in-one approach as opposed to releasing each of the Sunbringers individually.

Many also lamented how this would affect the performance of the version 3.3 banners. This is especially true for Severian Lowell, whose banner is scheduled directly before the version 3.4 update and presumably, the Sunbringer banner.

It’s good to note that Zenless Zone Zero version 3.4 also brings in Kafka and Robin as part of the collaboration with Honkai: Star Rail.
