This isn’t just a fresh coat of paint; the 25th Anniversary Xbox Series X features a distinctive semi-transparent green finish, accented by the “Xbox 25” logo. It also packs in 1TB of storage, giving you more room for your growing game library. And yes, it comes with a matching semi-transparent green controller.
Each console is individually numbered, adding to its exclusivity. As a bonus, every unit comes with a download code for Halo: Campaign Evolved. While the game received mixed reviews, many players (and we agree) found it to be an enjoyable experience, especially as it marked the first time Halo appeared on PlayStation platforms.

Pre-orders are currently open to “the most dedicated Xbox fans,” starting today, August 26th. If you’re not among the chosen few, don’t despair! You can try your luck on August 27th at 10:00 AM Eastern Time through Xbox or other retailers.
Those who manage to secure a pre-order will have their consoles shipped starting November 13th. Keep in mind that each customer is limited to purchasing only one unit.

If you’re just after the unique controller, good news! Pre-orders for the semi-transparent green Xbox controller are available now starting at $80 and will ship on October 20th. This allows you to add a touch of exclusivity to your existing console setup without breaking the bank.
While $900 is a considerable investment, it’s not the most expensive special edition console ever released. That title currently belongs to Sony’s PS5 Pro 30th Anniversary Collector’s Edition, which retailed for a staggering $1000.
