The PlayStation Plus Game Catalog is constantly evolving, bringing fresh titles for Extra and Premium subscribers while simultaneously bidding farewell to others. While last week saw exciting new additions announced, it also means a bittersweet goodbye to ten games that are soon to be removed. So, if you’re looking to dive into some tactical RPGs, charming adventures, or even a little gridiron action, now’s the time!
Don’t Miss Out: Games Leaving PlayStation Plus
Sony hasn’t announced an exact departure date for these titles, but given that nine games left the Game Catalog just today, you likely have a few weeks to savor them before they disappear. Here’s the list of games heading out:
- EA Sports Madden NFL 26
- Persona 5 Tactica
- Romance of the Three Kingdoms 13
- Toukiden 2
- Bubsy: The Woolies Strike Back
- Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue
- Toy Story 3
- Shadowrun Returns
- Shadowrun Hong Kong: Extended Edition
- Shadowrun Dragonfall: Director’s Cut
The departure of the Toy Story games makes perfect sense, as both Toy Story 2: Buzz Lightyear to the Rescue and Toy Story 3 are part of the upcoming Toy Story: Retro Roundup compilation“>Toy Story: Retro Roundup collection hitting PC and consoles on October 15th. This fantastic compilation also includes the original film tie-in game for Sega Genesis, the Game Boy Color edition of Toy Story 2, the Buzz Lightyear of Star Command video game (based on the underrated animated series spin-off!), Toy Story Racer, and even the official A Bug’s Life game as a bonus!

For fans of tactical gameplay, the Shadowrun games are absolute gems. Developer Harebrained Schemes masterfully translated the tabletop source material into engaging video games, followed by two well-received expansions that built upon the original 2013 release.
And if you’re a devoted follower of the Persona series, don’t miss out on Persona 5 Tactica. This unique title reimagines the beloved characters from Persona 5 as adorable warriors summoned to a strange land, tasked with saving the day. While sharing similarities with Fire Emblem in its focus on tactics and grid-based movement, it features a smaller number of units on the battlefield.
Finally, there’s Madden NFL 26“>Madden NFL 26. With a brand new installment recently released boasting significant gameplay updates, many players are likely focused on the latest version.
