When Shift Up first announced a Bayonetta costume lineup tied to the Stellar Blade Complete Edition Switch 2 launch—letting Eve take on the looks of the series’ heroine and Jeanne—it also hinted at the outfits available across every platform. Now that the version is playable and the update has rolled out on PS5 and PC, the developer unveiled the full details on social media alongside the patch notes.
The crossover adds a fair number of Nanosuit costumes, glasses, and earrings for assembling looks drawn from the Bayonetta series. Both Bayonetta’s Earrings and Jeanne’s Earrings are included, and Eve can switch to Bayonetta’s Glasses or Nun’s Glasses at any time. The outfits carry the official names Couture Bullet (Bayonetta), Couture Bullet (Black Tresses), Couture Bullet (Jeanne), and Couture Bullet (Nun). The Black Tresses variant is entirely new, designed by Shift Up’s Kim Hyung Tae.
The remaining patch notes differ by platform. In the Switch 2 version of Stellar Blade, Frame Generation can be toggled on or off under Display, stability has improved, and several graphic bugs have been fixed. The PS5 version addressed issues with Emil, Eve’s hair in the Equipment and Repair Console, and the mission “A United People Cannot be Defeated.” Both consoles now include a fixed Adam Data Bank entry, while on PC the Steam Deck displays correct Steam Input icons.
Stellar Blade Complete Edition and the free Bayonetta crossover are available worldwide on Switch 2, PS5, and PC.
