Ever wondered what it’s really like inside a Pokéball? Beyond the anime glimpses, the mystery has always lingered. Is it comfy? Claustrophobic? And seriously, where are the windows?
A Dream Come True: Sleeping in a Giant Pokéball
Well, get ready to have that question answered (sort of)! An exciting collaboration between the Pokémon Sleep app and the luxury Japanese hospitality firm Not a Hotel is about to make your childhood dreams a reality. You’re now able to sleep inside a giant Pokéball!
A newly released trailer unveils the experience: a massive, spherical pod shaped like a half-open Pokéball, with a spacious interior dominated by a generously sized spherical bed. And yes, there is a window – though I don’t see any curtains in the promotional materials.
How to Snag Your Spot Inside
If you’re ready to embrace your inner Pokémon and climb into this incredible creation, mark your calendars! A lottery will be held on September 15th to secure a spot. Be aware that this unique experience is located in Hokkaido, Japan, so plan accordingly.
What Else Is Coming for Pokémon Fans?
Not feeling the giant perspex window? That’s perfectly fine! You can always enjoy your own bed while eagerly anticipating the next major entries in the Pokémon series. Keep an eye out for Pokémon Winds and Waves, slated to arrive next year.
