It’s nearly the end of October, and before that arrives, Xbox is adding no fewer than six Game Pass titles over the coming days—several debuting on day one, including Final Fantasy VII Remake.
FF7 Remake’s acclaim needs no introduction, but the rest may be less familiar. Terrible Lizards, for instance, is a “horror parkour” title drawing on Five Nights at Freddy’s-style tension, while The Séance of Blake Manor has drawn attention in the indie scene and holds a “Very Positive” Steam rating since its PC launch last year.
Plants vs. Zombies: Replanted revamps the classic that launched the series, Scramble Knights Online is an MMO-lite action RPG, and Mouthwashing is a surreal first-person horror game earning “Overwhelmingly Positive” Steam reviews.
Below are closer looks at each of these titles.
