After a series of shifting dates since its 2023 debut, Rockstar Games has finally locked in a definitive launch window for Grand Theft Auto VI. In a recent YouTube upload—though not a fresh trailer—the studio confirmed both the pre‑order start date and the official cover art.

The new cover showcases the two central protagonists, Jason and Lucia, alongside other key figures likely pivotal to the narrative. The artwork also spotlights a range of vehicles—light helicopters, motorcycles, sports cars, and speedboats—while intriguingly featuring a crocodile.

Rockstar’s description paints Jason and Lucia as underdogs facing overwhelming odds: “When an easy score goes wrong, they find themselves on the darkest side of the sunniest place in America, in the middle of a conspiracy stretching across the state of Leonida—forced to rely on each other more than ever if they want to make it out alive.”
