For those who haven’t yet explored Resident Evil Requiem on the Switch 2, now is an ideal moment to dive in.
Capcom is currently slashing the eShop price in North America: the base edition, normally $69.99 USD (or $94.99 CAD), is now available for just $55.99 USD ($75.99 CAD) – a full 20 % discount that lasts until 19 June 2026. The Deluxe edition, which adds costumes and extra content, enjoys the same 20 % reduction.
If you’re hesitant to commit to the full game, Capcom has released a demo earlier this week, letting players sample the opening stages. However, note that progress in the demo cannot be carried over to the complete version.

Resident Evil Requiem has once again set a new standard for the franchise, blending the visceral tension of classic survival horror with the kinetic, action‑driven mechanics that defined Resident Evil 4. The result is a meticulously paced adventure that feels both fresh and faithful, enriched by a deep, lore‑laden story and a treasure trove of Easter eggs that reward the most dedicated fans.
In addition to the discounted price on Resident Evil Requiem, Capcom is offering a broader promotion across its portfolio, including a 50 % off deal on Street Fighter 6 for the Switch 2—now available for just $19.99 instead of the regular $39.99.
