Oh no, I’m in trouble. Raccoin: Chaos Max Edition — the console version of the addictive arcade roguelike game — has a release date on PS5, and it’s not far off at all.
The title, which apes the dopamine-inducing highs of a coin pusher arcade machine, hits Sony’s console in a few weeks’ time, on 10th November 2026.
Here’s a trailer to get you up to speed:
The game is a score-chasing roguelike in which you deposit coins into the machine in order to knock down more coins from the lower shelf.
Much like other games of this ilk, notably Balatro, you’ll be able to bolster your build with all sorts of perks and bonuses that send your score through the roof. Combined with the 3D coins raining down and the satisfying sound effects, this is probably going to be my whole personality for a while.
The Chaos Max Edition of Raccoin is effectively just the most up-to-date version of the game, featuring hundreds of coins, chips, cabinets, playable characters, and so on.
A price of $11.99 means it won’t break the bank either. When other prices appear, I’ll add them to the article.
