October Game Catalog Additions
Mafia: The Old Country kicks off the October lineup as a prequel to the original trilogy of Mafia games. Available on PS5, it offers an extended story with solid action gameplay for weekend play.

A re-release of Horizon Forbidden West joins the catalog this month on both PS5 and PS4. Despite being described as an open-world game that “plays things very safe,” it remains one of the best-looking titles on PlayStation.
The additions also include Mycopunk, a looter-shooter featuring fungal enemies; Poppy Playtime: Chapter 2, a horror entry; and The Midnight Walk from the creators behind Lost in Random. Mixing handcrafted art with dark fantasy design, players must survive against monsters targeting Potboy.
Tales of Arise – Beyond the Dawn Edition offers an enhanced version of the action-RPG on PS5 and PS4, while Monster Energy Supercross 25 provides a recreation of supercross motorcycle competition.
PlayStation Classics
Dino Crisis 2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon 3 Complete Edition round out the list as additions to the PlayStation Classics library. A PlayStation Plus Premium subscription is required to access these retro titles, available on PS5 and PS4.
New Game Trials for Premium Members
A few additional Game Trials are being added for PlayStation Plus Premium subscribers. Starting October 20, they can play Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy and Mortal Shell 2 for free for a limited number of hours.
