The Aquatic Bottleneck
In a blog post on DailyMTG, Wizards explained that the drought conditions have lowered the water level in the freshwater lake feeding the canal, creating what they delicately termed “a bit of a traffic jam.” One ship carrying Reality Fracture Play Boosters destined for North America is currently stuck in this “naval snarl,” meaning that after prerelease events and release weekend, supply “may dry up quickly.” Replenishments are expected within a few weeks once the delayed shipment navigates the canal.
For now, only Reality Fracture Play Boosters are affected. Collector Boosters, Commander decks, Bundles, and all other products remain on schedule. Wizards will update the original post if anything changes.
