The Humble Choice lineup for October is now live, bringing eight games to members’ PC libraries. This month’s selection includes Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, Psihonauts 2, and Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown.
A few titles in the list have earned high praise from IGN in the past, each offering a very different experience. For fans of RPGs, Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii is described by IGN’s Tristan Ogilvie as “a delightful spin-off that seamlessly shifts between street thuggery and skulduggery” in his review.

Those who prefer platformers can turn to Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown, which IGN praised for its “fast and fun combat system, tight and satisfying controls, and stylish look and feel.” For those seeking a deeper adventure, Psihonauts 2 is celebrated as “an excellent successor to one of gaming’s most memorable action-platformers” per Tom Marks’ review.

Beyond the eight games available this month, Humble Choice members also receive a free month of IGN Plus. This perk lets users disable ads across the site, enjoy discounts at the IGN store, claim free games, and access additional benefits.
Additionally, 5% of each month’s membership fee is donated to charity. For October, funds will go toward Hilarity for Charity (HFC), an organization that supports families impacted by Alzheimer’s disease.
