Today marks Sony’s penultimate PS Plus Essential update of 2026, delivering three more PS5 and PS4 titles for members to download and play.

Here is what PlayStation is offering this month, available to redeem until 1st December 2026:
- Dead Island 2 (PS5, PS4) | Review
- Tomb Raider 4-6 Remastered (PS5, PS4) | Review
- Monster Train 2 (PS5)
The games are available now in the UK and across Europe, with availability reaching the USA later in the day.
As long as you add the games to your PSN account and keep an active membership, you will always retain access to the titles — they remain playable and tied to your profile. You have until 1st December 2026 to redeem them to your account.
Dead Island 2 is the standout title, offering a fantastic open-world romp through an undead Los Angeles. If you enjoy the game, it is worth noting the Expansion Pass, which grants access to two DLC packs, is currently on sale for just £3.89 / $4.79. You have until 5th November 2026 to buy it at that price.
This is a pretty good selection of PS Plus Essential games, but apparently I am in the minority. 34% of 3,500+ voters reckon it is a “crap selection” — they are not easily pleased! Only 16% of voters registered a vote suggesting they are pleased with the lineup in our weekend Poll.
