Who should you pull in Genshin Impact Version 7.2?

The best character in Version 7.2 Phase one depends on the teams you play. Mitya is built for Stellar-Conduct teams. His kit boosts Stellar-Conduct DMG and Elemental Mastery, and he can serve as a sub-DPS alongside a character like Odette, or even as a main DPS.

While Furina remains a reasonable pick for more traditional teams, she doesn’t buff Lunar and Stellar reactions. So if you want to play meta team compositions, Furina won’t add much beyond Hydro application.

At the end of the day, pull a character whose gameplay and design you like. Unless you want to stay on top of Genshin‘s meta at all times, there’s no reason to pull someone you’re not particularly excited about.

Mitya

Mitya is an Electro character designed solely for Stellar-Conduct teams, working with characters like Odette, Cryo Traveler, Yae Miko, Wriothesley, and any other Cryo/Electro damage units. Much like Odette and Cryo Traveler, Mitya enables the Stellar-Conduct reaction and increases its base damage by up to 14 percent based on his Elemental Mastery.

Mitya’s C1:

At C1, Mitya also increases the active character’s CRIT DMG by 40 percent while the Detection Core from his Elemental Skill is present.

Furina

Furina is a Hydro buffer who can increase the team’s DMG with her Elemental Burst. She’s a highly versatile support who can work with many teams, as long as there’s a dedicated healer to offset her HP consumption.

Unfortunately, Furina’s buffs don’t work with Lunar or Stellar reactions. However, if you’re playing more traditional teams with DPSs like Skirk, Neuvillette, Mavuika, Hu Tao, and many others, she can still be worth pulling.
