The upcoming release will feature properly notarized PowerShell packages and tarballs, eliminating disruptive GateKeeper warnings that have historically plagued macOS installations. Additionally, the software’s libraries and binaries are undergoing security hardening to meet Apple’s stringent requirements for distributed applications, while a critical bug fixing file permissions in the tarball will ensure more reliable deployment processes.
