Traditionally, finding older recaps required navigating through a maze of conversations or digging through meeting histories. The new app aims to simplify this by aggregating all recaps into one dedicated space, making it easier to browse past meetings, review outcomes, and stay informed about ongoing projects and discussions.

Microsoft’s latest Office 365 update introduces a powerful new quick‑filter tool, enabling users to instantly hone in on specific meeting recaps without wading through endless lists. The feature also supports audio recaps, giving attendees an effortless way to revisit discussions.
