Hey guys, just wanted to come back and say a huge thank you — I followed everyone’s advice and dug into that BIOS setting (the one about the GPU clock throttling / power management toggle), and the framedrops completely stopped. I was tearing my hair out thinking my card was dying or the tile-based rendering path was the culprit, but it turned out to be a power-state thing that only kicked in during sustained load. Ran the same benchmark suite three times after the change and it’s rock-solid now, no more random dips. Props to the folks in this thread who actually knew their stuff instead of just saying “reinstall drivers.” Definitely learning a ton about how the hardware interacts here, so if anyone wants me to drop the exact numbers from before/after, I’m happy to share the full breakdown.
