Update guys, you were all legends! After spending hours chasing those micro-stutters in competitive FPS, I finally tracked down the culprit. Turned out it wasn’t the NVIDIA driver or any fancy kernel tweaks like everyone was debating—it was my BIOS “Global C-State” setting sitting enabled. Disabled it, rebooted, and ran my DPC latency monitor again: went from a chaotic 300µs+ spikes down to a rock-solid 20-40µs steady state. The frame drops during intense firefights are completely gone and my 1% lows climbed noticeably. Huge thanks to everyone who pointed me toward power management settings instead of the driver side of things. Sometimes the fix really is hiding in the BIOS.
