With rapid trigger, the key re-arms the instant it travels above your set threshold rather than resetting at a fixed point like a normal switch, so a 0.02mm trigger distance means the bunny-hop input registers on nearly every micro-release. I’ve seen players shave meaningful frames off their hop loops this way, but you have to dial it in on your own kit because the feel is highly individual.
For calibration, start by setting your rapid trigger distance as low as you can while still getting clean, intentional releases, then raise it slightly if you start registering accidental double-inputs from hand tremor or overshoot.
