Hey guys, quick update to say thanks — I followed the advice and flipped that BIOS setting (turned off the PCIe link-state power management and disabled the C-states, like you all suggested), and my framedrops during matches basically stopped cold. Been grinding a few hours of scrubs and ranked with zero stutters, which is a massive difference for competitive play where every frame matters. I was about to blame my NIC or even think about upgrading my whole setup, but it was just that one power-management setting doing my CPU in under load.
