Hey everyone, quick update — I went back through the thread and actually tried the BIOS tweaks you all suggested. Turned out I’d been running my RAM at the wrong XMP profile while the GPU settings were fine, so I disabled the auto-overclock on the memory and locked the PCIe gen settings properly. Framestops stopped almost immediately and my 1% lows dropped a ton. Honestly I’d been chasing GPU latency tools the whole time when the issue was sitting in the BIOS the entire time. Thanks for the patience and the detailed breakdowns — this community really came through.
