Great topic. The real paradigm shift with Hall effect magnetic switches isn’t just “no physical contact,” it’s that you’re now measuring key position as a continuous analog signal rather than a binary state. Traditional

Here’s my take after benchmarking this across a few rigs. The shader cache is essentially Windows pre-baking your compiled HLSL so the GPU driver doesn’t pay recompile penalties mid-frame, so sizing it wrong directly hurts your 1% lows. For a competitive setup, I cap it manually rather than letting Windows balloon it—set MaxShaderCacheSize (DWORD, in MB) under HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers\Configuration to around 15360–30720 depending on your library. Anything above ~30GB gives diminishing returns for most titles and just wastes

Great topic to dig into. The core insight is that server-side anti-cheat for info-leak cheats (ESP, wallhacks) fundamentally comes down to the server being the sole authority on world state and visibility. On each tick, the server maintains an authoritative snapshot

Great topic, and I’ve spent plenty of bench time dialing this in on my Raptor Lake setup. The short version: let Windows 11’s scheduler and Intel Thread Director do the heavy lifting for the actual game loop. Thread Director feeds the scheduler real-time workload and thermal metrics, so forcing affinity can actually backfire if you pin a game that doesn’t parallelize well across a single P-core cluster—the scheduler will happily migrate threads to E-cores, which is fine for background apps like Discord, browsers, or streaming encoders, but not ideal for a single-threaded competitive title where every nanosecond of latency matters.

That clarifies the execution pipeline significantly. Tested the configuration and verified the behavior.
