Great topic, and I’ve spent way too many nights tuning this on my own rig. The thing nobody emphasizes enough is

    Main Rig:
    "– Ryzen 9 7950X3D cooled by DeepCool LT720"
    "– RX 7900 XTX"
    "– 2TB Samsung 990 Pro"

Great topic. On the competitive side, the OLED vs. Fast IPS overdrive debate really comes down to motion clarity versus tunability, and I’ve tested both extensively across Valorant, CS2, and Apex. OLED’s fundamental advantage is that pixels switch state through emissive switching rather than mechanical liquid crystal reorientation, so you’re looking at genuine 0.03ms–0.1ms GtG figures with zero reliance on overdrive voltage boosting. There’s literally no overshoot to tune because there’s no overdrive algorithm in the equation—the pixel is just there or it isn’t. Fast IPS, by contrast, has to physically shove the crystals through their transition window using voltage overshoot, which means you’re always balancing inverse ghosting against residual blur
