Alright, quick update for anyone who chimed in on this thread—thanks, guys, it actually worked. I’d been battling these random framedrops in competitive titles for weeks, and nothing I tried (driver rollbacks, thermal paste, even swapping RAM timings) fixed it. Took everyone’s advice and dug into the LLC / Vcore droop settings in BIOS, and settled on a slightly stiffer load line instead of the “Automático” setting that was letting the voltage sag hard during transient spikes. Stepped up the droop just enough to keep vcore stable under bursty loads, and honestly the difference is night and day—no more stuttering, frametimes are way more consistent, and the dropped frames during intense fights are completely gone. Pretty wild that a BIOS voltage tuning tweak was the real culprit after I’d been chasing software fixes this whole time. If you’re in the same boat, definitely worth poking at the load line setting before you start swapping hardware.
