October has arrived, bringing with it a fresh wave of new LEGO sets that the company is rolling out this month. Rather than flooding shelves with an overwhelming avalanche of releases as it did in August, LEGO has opted for a more curated selection of titles spanning Star Wars, Pokémon, Marvel, PlayStation and holiday-themed collections. The October 2026 catalog includes several standout offerings, most notably a colossal Executor Super Star Destroyer set and a recreation of the original PlayStation console.
The new releases are now available across LEGO’s retail channels, with certain sets offered exclusively to members of the company’s LEGO Insiders loyalty program. Among the highlights is an enormous Star Wars ship measuring nearly 4.5 feet long, alongside a nostalgic nod to gaming history in the form of a brick-built original PlayStation. The month also introduces new Christmas sets, Pokémon collaborations and Marvel sets tied to the upcoming MCU film Avengers: Doomsday.
A Free Astro Bot Set with Qualifying Purchases
Between now and October 7, while supplies last, customers who spend $150 or more at the LEGO Store will receive a free LEGO Astro Bot set as a Gift With Purchase. The adorable 276-piece model features PS5 mascot Astro Bot and is valued at $24.99. Enthusiasts can also purchase the set separately through PlayStation Direct if they miss out on the promotional offer.
The Executor Super Star Destroyer Arrives for Insiders
Exclusive to LEGO Insiders until October 4, the Executor Super Star Destroyer is a monumental build that rings in at an impressive 6,130 pieces and measures nearly 4.5 feet long. While the earlier LEGO Death Star set was already considered massive, this new addition pushes the boundaries even further, leaving potential buyers to consider where they might display such a behemoth of a ship.
If you thought the LEGO Death Star was big? OK, it was. But so is this Executor Super Star Destroyer, which rings in at 6,130 pieces and measures nearly 4.5 feet long.
LEGO Coverage
Those who purchase the titanic set by October 10 will also receive a free Gift With Purchase: LEGO Darth Vader’s Lightsaber (set 40897), valued at $29.99. The Executor Super Star Destroyer joins an expanding lineup of premium LEGO Star Wars sets available to collectors and fans alike.
New Pokémon Sets Join the Growing Partnership
The LEGO x Pokémon partnership, which launched in February of this year, has already produced a number of acclaimed sets, and October adds two more winners. Fans can now acquire a giant Poké Ball set alongside an up-scaled Red minifigure from the beloved franchise. Both titles appear poised to become favorites among Pokémon collectors.
Marvel Sets Tie Into Avengers: Doomsday
With a major new entry in the Marvel Cinematic Universe arriving later this year in the form of Avengers: Doomsday, it comes as no surprise that LEGO has unveiled a fresh batch of sets based on the film. The lineup includes the New Avengers Tower set, which offers a more modestly priced and sized take on the previous tower model that has become difficult to find in stock. Featuring six minifigures, this smaller version looks nearly as good while remaining accessible for children to play with.
Holiday Sets Make an Early Appearance
LEGO has released six new Christmas-themed sets for the season, including a notably charming rendition of Buddy the Elf from the Will Ferrell film and an up-scaled Mrs. Claus minifigure. The holiday collection also features Christmas stockings, holiday ornaments, a countdown calendar, a holiday house and Santa’s holiday sleigh adventure.
New Wednesday Sets for Netflix Fans
Fans of the Netflix show Wednesday have two new sets to consider this month. One is the gothic protagonist’s backpack, which opens up to reveal her dorm room situated above a storage compartment. The other set brings the delightfully creepy Nevermore Academy to life in brick form.
Looking Ahead
The October 2026 LEGO lineup continues the company’s tradition of delivering high-quality, themed sets across multiple franchises and interests. With exclusive Insiders offerings ending on various dates throughout the month and limited-time Gift With Purchase deals running through October 7, collectors are encouraged to act quickly on their favorite titles. As LEGO maintains its steady cadence of releases, enthusiasts can expect more additions to this already robust catalog in the coming weeks.
