Getting Lid’s second limit burst in Final Fantasy Resonance works a bit differently than the process of acquiring other characters’ bursts. With most of the party, you just level them up, and they unlock once you hit the right milestone. You can guess when that is just from a quick scan of their skill list, as a new skill usually accompanies their new limit burst at the same level. But Lid’s skill list is shorter, and since the game doesn’t tell you how to unlock her second burst, you might wonder whether you’ve missed something.

Below, we explain how to unlock Lid’s second limit burst in Final Fantasy Resonance.

How to unlock Lid’s second limit burst in Final Fantasy Resonance

Lid’s second limit burst is tied to story progression, rather than character progression. Regardless of what level Lid is, it only becomes available once you hit a certain point in Final Fantasy Resonance‘s story. That point is after the final battle in Chapter 4 aboard the airship, so unlike some of the other optional Visions tied to side quests, this limit burst is unmissable.

It’s called Enterprise Airstrike, which sounds fancy, though despite requiring a whole extra bar of the limit burst meter to use, it’s just a moderate upgrade from March of the Machines. It’s a multi-target attack that deals the same amount of stagger damage as March of the Machines, though only slightly more physical damage. It also has no chance of inflicting status ailments.

You’ll get Enterprise Airstrike around the time you can break the sealed stone, though it might not be the most useful in the ensuing fight against the Esper Titan. It’s an odd limit burst. In theory, it’s best for staggering or when used against more fragile enemies—those with higher magical defense but lower physical defense. You can augment it in a couple of ways. For example, if you give Lid some of the mastery abilities that increase stagger damage from Visions like Squall and Clive, you could maximize its stagger potential. However, there are other, more efficient ways to improve Lid’s stagger potential, like upgrading Mechabo and using its overclock and tackle skills.

Alternatively, you might want to build Lid for physical attack over magical attack and give her strong physical Commando Visions. Combine that with Bravery buffs, and you’ll get a good bit more normal damage out of Enterprise Airstrike. The payoff still isn’t that great considering how long it takes before you can use the skill, but with LB-oriented abilities from Visions and the Power Stone accessory, you should be able to pull the move off at least a few times in longer battles.
