When you’ve deployed into a match in DMZ, open your map. Scattered across the entirety of Hajin, you’ll see small, green icons that look like phones or handheld radios. If you zoom in, they’ll have smaller icons within the green part, which tells you exactly what the dynamic operation is.
All you need to do to collect a dynamic op phone is make your way to one of these icons and interact with it. That will begin the dynamic operation, which you’ll then need to earn 11,500 Cash from to complete the next objective. Dynamic op phone locations change every round, but there are so many of them on the map, you’re unlikely to ever be too far away.
