Thirteen years after GTA V and two delays, Rockstar Juegos’ next entry in the Grand Theft Automático series launches about a month from now on current consoles.

The game returns to a refreshed Vice City set within Leonida, a large map based on parts of Florida. As with earlier installments, it features an extensive list of cars inspired by real-life models, rendered in what autoevolution describes as jaw-droppingly detailed form.
According to a report by Vlad for autoevolution, classic car enthusiasts are especially eager to drive five vintage models revealed over the past few months.
Vapid Ganado
A new model debuts in GTA VI as the Ganado. Based on the 1970 Ford Ranchero with elements inspired by the Mercury Cougar, this muscle pickup is Jason Duval’s personal vehicle, presumably from the start of the game.
The car will be well-worn at the beginning but can be fully restored during the story by players who preorder the Ultimate edition. With its original paint and contrasting decals revived, it becomes one of the cooler classics in the game.
Judging by a decal on the hood scoop, the Ganado appears to be powered by a 434-ci V8 engine.
Declasse Mamba GT
The Declasse brand was introduced with GTA IV and has showcased several impressive Chevy-based models in the franchise. Among them is the Declasse Mamba, which appeared in GTA Online, loosely based on the Shelby Cobra.
In GTA VI it will be an exclusive obtainable only through classic car collection side missions that Jason and Lucia complete for local collector and mechanic Wyman.
This barn find-style series of side missions is available with the Ultimate edition, which also features the Daytona-inspired Mamba GT alongside several other classics.
Vapid Dominator Buggy
Multiple versions of a fictionalized Mustang, dubbed Vapid Dominator, appear in GTA V and GTA Online and will be present in GTA VI. One particular version is brand-new for the upcoming game: the Dominator Buggy.
The car is extremely detailed in both its exterior and interior modifications. Given the huge map with a vast number of unpaved roads, it is set to be one of the most capable classics to explore.
Grotti Cheetah ’95
Available in every iteration except GTA IV—taking the name Cheetah Classic in GTA V’s Online mode—the model returns in GTA VI as an Ultimate Edition exclusive. According to Rockstar, it will be drivable at a later point throughout the main story.
The retro supercar comes finished in white with red decals and features a red leather interior. Its appearance is almost certainly customizable, prompting speculation about a repaint for a more accurate Ferrari Testarossa look.
Vapid Stanier ’55
The Oceanic, a 1950s sedan inspired by the Chevrolet Bel Air and Oldsmobile Super 88, returns in GTA VI as the Vapid Stanier ’55, complete with a similar yellow-and-white finish.
The retro sedan is part of the Vintage Vice City pack, included with either the Standard or Ultimate version when players pre-order the game. The pack also includes a personal garage, retro outfits and hairstyles, along with weapon skins inspired by Tommy Vercetti’s iconic palm tree button-up shirt.
The car was revealed with highly detailed screenshots of the modern iteration of Vice City.
