A new Grand Theft تلقائي 6 report claims Rockstar’s review embargo will lift on Nov. 18, just a day before its official worldwide release.

The information isn’t official from Rockstar, so the date should still be treated as a rumor until the studio or other media outlets say otherwise.
When could GTA 6 reviews go live?
According to the report, the embargo could end around 6 to 7am Eastern on Nov. 18. GTA 6 is scheduled to launch on Nov. 19, 2026, for PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S.
If the reported embargo is accurate, players would have roughly a day to read reviews, probably watch video coverage, and check aggregate scores before buying or playing the game. Review embargoes matter because they decide when players finally get the first impressions of a game.
Performance on PS5 and Xbox Series X/S should also be a major talking point, particularly frame rate, resolution, quality, and stability.

What players should expect
If the Nov. 18 date holds, Metacritic and OpenCritic scores should begin appearing shortly after the embargo lifts. Video reviews, spoiler-free impressions, and performance breakdowns will likely follow throughout that day.
If you want to avoid spoilers, be careful with social media. Even a short clip could spoil it for you, and you would not want that, especially after waiting for more than a decade.
Earlier, Rockstar الألعاب also revealed that GTA VI‘s engine tools and larger team should make future releases faster. And if another report is true, GTA 6 could come to PC in early 2027.
