The information originates from remus_r on X, who claims that GTA 6 will include 201 main story missions, two prologues, an epilogue, and multiple flashbacks, all divided into nine chapters in total. That is a large number of missions for the story alone, which lends an air of improbability.
In the comments, the author clarified that the 201 figure refers only to the main story missions, with side quests, encounters, and similar content not counted toward that total. Other commenters have voiced skepticism about remus_r’s claims, noting that they arrive without any supporting source. The leaker’s X profile displays just five posts, all related to GTA 6. A couple of days ago (October 26), the leaker also posted about the game’s size, predicting it would reach 230 GB. Now that the figure has been revealed as 210 GB, the leaker clarified that it would grow to 230 GB after the day-one patch—a claim that also seems unlikely.
Regarding the two prologues, it is being suggested that players will experience the opening storylines of Jason and Lucia separately, according to one of the comments on the post. As for the flashbacks, it is known that Jason has a military background, and a few scenes in the recent launch trailer depicted him in military gear. These could potentially be part of a flashback, though confirmation is impossible at this stage.
