Three factions vie for criminal superiority: The Cyber-Minotaurs, The Mages of the Technocracy, and the Bio-Demon Union. You control a pack of werewolves to keep the conflict from escalating, but a larger threat is on the horizon.
Use pack tactics to drive three different gangs into conflict with one another. Your subtle influence will determine the fate of your city!
