    Anyone else hitting wall-of-screen stuttering when FPS dips below a monitor’s minimum VRR ceiling on a FreeSync panel? I’m chasing ~142fps in a competitive shooter on a 144Hz panel, and when I slip to ~138 I get micro-hitches that show up as frame-time
