Honestly disagree with that take. Discs only contain license keys and still require 120GB day-one downloads; changing discs off the couch is annoying.

Solid points raised, but you have to factor in real world usage: 60cm for a 360 rotation gives micro-adjustment precision; human motor skills are far more reliable with large joints.
