Has anyone actually quantified the frametime penalty from enabling HVCI/VBS on modern Zen 4 or Raptor Lake rigs, or is everyone still running on anecdotal “it feels laggy” reports?

I’ve been running controlled 1080p low-settings benchmarks in competitive shooters, and I’m seeing micro-stutter spikes that correlate with the hypervisor memory partition?
