And does the invariant TSC flag actually hold stable across all C-states, or do you see desync creep in during idle-to-burst transitions?

On the micro-stutter front, I’ve been modeling the timing discrepancies with a discrete sampling approach and trying to reconcile the noise floor with the actual hardware behavior. Has anyone done a rigorous comparison of how each timer source handles counter drift under sustained thermal load, and is there a cleaner mathematical framework for quantifying the jitter contribution of each? I want to separate measurement artifact from real periodic stutter before I commit to a timer strategy for competitive titles.
