The Epic Juegos Store is offering two free PC games this week to Epic users. For a limited time, players can claim a horror FPS and a murder mystery game at no charge.
Sker Ritual
Sker Ritual is a co-op horror shooter. Players can take down hordes of frightening foes in solo play or in a group of up to four players online. It takes a bit of an old-school approach, using a round-based structure to throw enemies at players. As in Hades, you’ll gain new abilities and upgrades from gods. Celtic gods will bestow unique Miracles to ensure you’re ready to slay endless waves of monsters. Sker Ritual has nearly 4,000 Very Positive player reviews on Steam.
Inicio — A Unique Horror Adventure
Inicio is an oldie but a goodie. Originally released in 2012, it’s a pixel art horror game. Your character wakes up in a house that isn’t his and starts investigating a murder mystery. The clues you gather and the actions you take will ultimately decide the ending, and your ending is likely to differ from other players’. Desarrollador BancyCo pulls back the curtain in a unique Postmortem Mode, as a developer diary and gallery explain how the game was made.
If Sker Ritual and Inicio catch your eye, all you need to do is log in to the Epic Juegos Store and claim them. The games will be free until 11 a.m. EDT on Thursday, Oct. 29.
