Duskbloods Launches Closed Network Test Ahead of 2026 Release

Nintendo Switch 2 fans have just received a fresh dose of excitement: the upcoming title The Duskbloods will soon enter a closed‑network test phase, setting the stage for its anticipated 2026 launch.

This announcement was unveiled during today’s Nintendo Direct, where the company also showcased a sneak peek of FromSoftware’s latest project.

According to Nintendo’s official statement, the game places players in the shoes of the Bloodsworn, engaging in multiplayer action that pits them against—and alongside—up to seven other participants, each wielding distinct weapons and abilities.

The company added that players will harness blood‑based powers to evolve their characters and combat tactics, all in pursuit of the coveted First Blood. It also revealed that the closed‑network test will roll out in the winter of 2026.
