Donkey Kong Bananas’ Next DLC Event Starts Next Week

With the “Rattlin’ Snake Bananza” event now behind the scenes, Nintendo has unveiled the next chapter of Donkey Kong Bananza’s downloadable content.

The upcoming “Kong Bananza Returns” event launches on June 9 and will run through June 16, offering players a fresh wave of challenges.

True to its title, this event rewards fans with Donkey Kong Country Returns‑themed prizes. Players who hit the special Emerald Rush thresholds can claim Tiki Kong and Tiki Goon statues, further enriching the DK Island collection.

Set on the Canyon Layer, participants will tackle Void Kong’s trials under a unique set of perk and ability restrictions, ensuring each run feels distinct.

To join the latest event, players must first acquire the Donkey Kong Bananza: DK Island & Emerald Rush DLC. Without it, participation is impossible.
