While major gaming console manufacturers often leave international customs, tariff charges, and import duties entirely to the buyer, Panic decided to step in after several international customers reported higher-than-expected border fees during shipment deliveries.
The company stated in an official announcement that ensuring fair access to the quirky handheld console is a core priority, and affected players can reach out to support with their receipts to receive full reimbursement for the additional duty charges.
