This morning, PlayStation sent out an official notice stating that the 2021 PlayStation‑exclusive title Destruction AllStars has been removed from its digital storefront, along with all associated in‑game currencies, effective immediately.
In addition to the storefront withdrawal, the game’s multiplayer servers have been permanently shut down. Single‑player content will continue to be available until the end of November, after which only the arcade mode’s solo challenges will persist, albeit with possible feature reductions due to the server decommissioning.
The statement clarified that “due to ongoing technical issues, multiplayer services for Destruction AllStars on PlayStation 5 consoles shall remain offline and are no longer available.”
We are grateful for the unwavering support and excitement shown by the Destruction AllStars community.
Originally slated as a premium-priced title for the PlayStation 5, Destruction AllStars experienced a release delay that prompted Sony to rethink its strategy. In a decisive move, the publisher has now shifted the game into the PlayStation Plus lineup, offering subscribers access to the title at no additional cost.
