Utgivare and developer Remedy Entertainment recently released its latest game, Control Resonant, and so far it’s a huge success.

In fact, it’s the fastest-selling game ever for the company, reaching one million copies sold just three weeks after launch.

As a result, Remedy was able to post a very strong third quarter, as outlined in its latest financial report.

Essentially, the launch of Control Resonant resulted in the company posting strong year-over-year revenue growth in the third quarter – July to September 2026 – which rose 226 percent.

The operating profit share also increased significantly; Remedy recorded 0.6 million euros, a significant increase compared to the loss of 16.4 million euros reported in the same period last year.

The company says the US is the game’s largest market on PC and consoles, accounting for “nearly half” of all sales.

It also states that almost half of all players are new to Control, suggesting that the audience for the series has expanded significantly with the release of Resonant.
