CD Projekt Launches Witcher Anniversary Stream, New DLC Rumored

CD Projekt has revealed a special live‑stream event to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the beloved Witcher 3 expansion, Blood and Wine, while quietly hinting at a fresh DLC in the works.

Set to air on May 28 at 11 a.m. ET / 4 p.m. BST, the broadcast will spotlight the iconic vineyard‑filled realm of Velen and the blood‑curdling vampires that have captivated players worldwide. Coinciding with the stream, the studio will also release its latest quarterly earnings report.

“Join us on May 28th at 5 p.m. CEST for a special anniversary stream of The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine,” CD Projekt announced. “Together with Kacper Niepokólczycki and Magdalena Zych, we’ll return once more to the land of knights, vineyards, and vampires!”

While the stream itself promises no official announcements, it arrives months after reports surfaced that CD Projekt Red is preparing a brand‑new expansion for The Witcher 3 this year, a development that could reignite interest in the classic title.

On May 28th at 5 PM CEST, the iconic realm of love and wine will be back in the spotlight as a special anniversary stream of The Witcher 3: Blood and Wine launches. Joining the hosts Kacper Niepokólczycki and Magdalena Zych, fans will once again wander through the kingdom of knights, vineyards, and vampires.

Rumors are swirling that an unannounced DLC is currently in development by Fool’s Theory, the studio already busy remaking The Witcher 1 for CD Projekt.

When asked about the speculation, a CD Projekt Red spokesperson declined to comment on rumors or future plans.
