Flash Grenade and Semtex pair well with the M4 because they let you initiate fights. Throw one before pushing, then clear multiple targets. A Seeker Drone is especially useful with this build because it seeks out nearby enemies and marks them, briefly revealing their location to teammates as well.

For Perks, go with Ghost, Fast Hands, and Battle Hardened. Quick Fix helps you stay undetected by enemy callouts, UAVs, radars, and heartbeat sensors, which can be useful if you want to sneak from behind. Fast Hands allows you to switch between weapons and equipment a lot faster, and Battle Hardened reduces the effect of enemy tacticals.

You can choose any Killstreaks you want, but my personal preference is UAV at 5 kills, Artillery Beacon at 7 kills, and Attack Helicopter at 11 kills.
