Resonance: A Plague Tale Legacy, the highly anticipated third installment and prequel in the A Plague Tale saga from Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment, may hit shelves as early as August 27, according to a recent Amazon Australia listing.
While online store dates should always be treated with caution, there are a few clues that lend credibility to the claim. A recent devblog from Asobo Studio announced that “the release is almost here,” suggesting the title is in the final stages of preparation.
Moreover, the studio and publisher have been active during the Summer Hry Fest, showcasing Resonance in last year’s Xbox Showcase. Their willingness to promote the game at major events makes a near‑future launch plausible.
Set fifteen years before the events of A Plague Tale: Requiem, Resonance follows Sophia, a fugitive plunderer determined to uncover the truth of her past. The game blends combat, myth, and destiny to deliver an original story within the familiar A Plague Tale universe.

Despite a childhood steeped in survival horror, point‑and‑click adventures, and beat‑em‑ups, Zach now finds himself championing Homefront: The Revolution as a standout title while yearning for a sequel to The Order: 1886 and a live‑action adaptation of Treasure Planet.
