32″ Alienware AW3225QF 4K OLED Monitor Hits an All-Time Low
32″ Alienware AW3225QF 4K 240Hz QD-OLED Gaming Monitor
The Alienware AW3225QF is among the few Dell monitors that pair a 4K resolution with an OLED panel. It uses Samsung’s QD OLED technology, a panel type that runs brighter than conventional OLEDs while retaining the near-instant response times, contrast ratios, and black levels OLED displays are known for. The Alienware AW3225QF carries HDR True Black 400 certification with up to 1,000 nits of peak brightness, and it also offers a factory-calibrated 99.3% DCI-P3 color range, a 1700R curve, a 240Hz refresh rate, and G-Sync certification.

On connectivity, the AW3225QF is fitted with two HDMI 2.1 ports (one with eARC) and one DisplayPort 1.4 port, all capable of 4K at up to 240Hz. It also includes a couple of USB 3.2 Gen 1 ports for peripherals and a single USB Type-C port for charging. Dell backs the monitor with a three-year warranty that includes burn-in protection.
One thing to bear in mind is that 4K monitors demand a fairly powerful GPU. 4K resolution carries 2.25 times more pixels than QHD; to play games at 4K, particularly at frame rates up to 240fps, you’ll want a gaming PC equipped with at least an GeForce RTX 5070. If your PC has an even more powerful card such as the RTX 5070 Ti, RTX 5080, or RX 9070 XT, then this monitor would make a perfect complement.
