The individual responsible for that breach, Arion Kurtaj, subsequently received an indefinite hospital order and is currently awaiting retrial. Stop Killing Games highlighted this precedent as a cautionary tale, warning followers of the potential legal consequences for those involved in unauthorized leaks.
“The last person who did this to Rockstar, back in 2022, ended up with an indefinite hospital order,” SKG noted. “We are expecting for this to go on, and it is already being mentioned in our discussions with lawmakers, negatively.”
